Toward a Computer Model of the Brain: New Technique Poised to Untangle Brain’s Complexity
http://www.sciencedaily.com/releases/2011/04/110410181302.htm. The Human Genome project was a childs play compaired to the development of a Computer Model of the brain. I am not even sure even possible with current computer archetectures however fast or scaled.
